With the pandemic making it impossible to do workshops in person I began to explore what was possible through online meetings. When we sit and close our eyes in front of that screen distance disappears and there is only presence.
I started providing drop in mindfulness sessions for those struggling with isolation and anxiety as part of the Mindfulness in Action team. Eventually I started recording the meditation sessions and sharing them with a wider audience. Featured here are some of the popular meditations.
